We are a large full service wedding planning company and known for helping brides from all over the world plan their weddings. Our vendors are hand selected to assure you receive only the highest quality service available. Our coordinators are personally trained and come highly recommended and will assist you with planning the perfect Biker wedding.

Biker Weddings will offer their services at most Bike Rallies and plan to cover most states, including the entire state of Florida, Biloxi & Gulf Port, Mississippi, and the shores of Alabama.

Upon receipt of your submitted request information form, Biker Weddings will submit, via email, a preliminary proposal detailing requested services and exact cost. If needed, we offer payment plans to further assist our bridal couples.

The initial proposal will be sent for your review and may be initially revised. After, the proposal’s first revision, a $200 retainer fee will be required to reserve your date. This retainer fee is non-refundable for any reason. Approximately 15 days prior to your wedding, a final proposal will be forwarded and the balance will then be due and payable.

Neither wedding dates nor vendors will be confirmed prior to receipt of the retainer fee.

We gladly accept personal checks, within (2) two weeks of wedding date, Travelers checks, Money Orders, Certified Funds, Visa or Master Card.

Due to the extensive amount of preparation involved in wedding planning, any and all funds received will be forfeited if wedding is canceled for "any reason" within fifteen (15) days of wedding date. If wedding is canceled prior to 15 days before the wedding date, any and all deposits paid out by BikerWeddings.com, to assure availability, coordination fees to date, the $200 non-refundable retainer fee, and all expenses to date will be deducted prior to the refund.

Changes to the wedding design may only be made up to two (2) weeks prior to the wedding date.
